Group Training

Our Enliven Fitness group training classes are a fantastic way to give our bodies the movement they need in a fun, sociable and motivational environment without breaking the budget.

All the exercises are of a functional and corrective nature, integrating movement patterns of squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting and running for a whole body response. We incorporate the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension training (TRX/strength ropes), bars, bodyweight, medicine balls, cyclone balls, barbells, elastics and sleds to keep the training sessions fun and energising.

Each class has option for easy, medium and hard workout options to cater to all fitness levels.

We combine cardio, endurance, strength, speed, power and agility in our workouts to keep your results as our focus.

Personal Training

Our Enliven Fitness private 1 on 1 training is perfect for the individual who wants that extra bit of attention with their training. With your goals as the focus, we will work at balancing the key factors in your lifestyle and training program in order to achieve lasting results. Programs are individualised to your specific needs, and you will have ongoing support throughout the journey towards your goals.
